Life is busy and feeding a family well takes time. I help individuals and families enjoy nourishing, home‑cooked meals without the stress of planning, shopping, and cooking.

Hourly Rate $65/hour

Includes:

• Menu planning tailored to your preferences
• Grocery shopping (receipts provided)
• In‑home cooking
• Packaging and labelling (if needed)
• Cleanup included — I clean as I go and leave your kitchen clean and tidy

Groceries are reimbursed separately at cost.

The number of meals varies depending on family size and menu choices.

If you’re not sure what you need, we can start with a trial week and adjust from there.

Workshops: ($50.00) pp  – if lunch is included additional $5.00 – $10.00

Depending on the size can be held in the comfort of your home

Nutritional Cooking 101 Home Parties: ($75.00) pp – hostess is free

2-hours afternoon or evening

Enjoy some great yummy food and learn the nutritional value of easy to prepare dishes

I prepare main dishes, side dishes sometimes dessert along with some fun nutritional tidbits

All ingredients are supplied and are organic in season and colorful 🙂

Cooking Classes: ($75.00-$125.00) Seasonal menus and pricing vary.

Hands‑on cooking classes designed to help you build confidence in the kitchen while learning how to create nourishing, flavourful meals.

Classes may be hosted in a private home setting and can be tailored for individuals, couples, or small groups.
